- You must return your product within 15 days of the product being delivered:
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your product was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Once your return is approved our team will send you the return address via email

You may request your order to be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. Otherwise, you will not receive a refund or modification to your order as we have already started the fulfillment process. Please NOTE that any orders that have already been packed, processed, or shipped cannot be modified or canceled. In some cases, your package will be shipped before 24 hours have passed since your purchase. Unfortunately, in this case, we will be unable to cancel or modify your order

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
